We accept de-identified data only. Before sending a file, remove all 18 HIPAA Safe Harbor identifiers, including names, addresses smaller than a state, all dates (except year) linked to a person, phone and fax numbers, email addresses, Social Security, medical record, health plan and account numbers, device and license numbers, URLs, IP addresses, biometric identifiers, full-face photos, and any other unique identifying number or code. If we receive identifiable data, we delete it and ask for a de-identified version.

Project data is stored in encrypted storage and deleted [90] days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it for an ongoing project.
We use AI-assisted tools to help write code and draft text. We do not use your data to train AI models. Every analysis and every result is checked and signed off by Dr. Sajid, and each report states how AI was used.
